A Glimpse of Mexico

Guess what?! I have a few pictures of Mexico! Not all of them (not even close considering there is about a thousand!) but a few from an e-mail. Hopefully soon I'll have all of them! Enjoy!!

Here is the family that we spent so much time with! (Hope I have the spelling right) L-R: (Top)- Carlitos (9), Lucio (12), Alex (8), Kayla (11), Julianne with Sarita (3), Paloma (13) with Nachita (5), me with Pati (8), their mother Yada, (bottom) Wesley with baby Joshua, Steve (8), Orlando (6), Bato (4), Recardo (8), Christian (5), and their father Carlos.

The norm way of transportation - in the back of the truck! Oh yeah! (We're missing a couple people in this pic - including me - since the camera couldn't get all of us. :D)

The missionary family that we went to visit - Lance, Sarah, and little Joshua Keeling. :)

The kids enjoying the "American meal" that Mr. Fay cooked for us all. I take it they like it from all the "thumbs up". :D

Haha! Mr. Fay with Christian and Recardo. Lol!

And us back in the US! Ah, home sweet home.

My favorite is the one of Mr. Fay and the two boys....look at the look on Mr. Fay's face...desperatly trying to figure out how to bring them home! Too cute!

Prayer Requests

~For Megan who is having surgery for her scoliosos tomorrow morning (August 4th). Please pray that God would give the doctor's wisdom, Megs and her parents strength, and for her quick healing.

~ For the Vogals and their new sweet daughter with down syndrom - that God would bless them and provide the things they need for her.

~For my friend Kevin who is suffering from severe back pains and will most likely be having surgery in the next few months. Please pray that God would give the doctor's wisdom, Kevin strength, and for his quick healing.

~For my uncle Fred who has 11 herniated disks on his neck and back and is barely able to move.

~For my 11-year-old cousin, Michael, who has been diagnosed with a rare cancer that only five children in the USA has. Please pray for his healing and strength, and for the strength of his mother and sisters that they might lean on Christ. The Chemo is taking a huge toll on him so please pray that he'll remain strong. :(

~The unbelieving family members in both my father's and mother's side.

~For my anonymous unbelieving friend

~For the leaders of this country - that they will have the brains to realize they are screwing up this country and a billion other stuff and that God would work in their hearts and guide them.

~For all the many persecuted Christians in the communist countries of this world who are struggling to keep the Word of God alive, that many people will be reached, that they'll remain strong, and they'll be provided with materials.

~For all my awesome brother's and sister's-in-Christ - that God will continue to use all of us for His Will, be on fire for Him, be willing to serve Him in any situation, and that we will have the strength to not be moved.
